A private photo booth for twoSKENE.WS · HOUSE RULES
Terms of Use
Effective August 21, 2026
SKENE.WS is a private web photo booth where two invited people create four-cut photos and videos with live cameras.
1. Eligibility
You must have reached the legal age of majority where you use the service and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. The service does not verify age using an ID or date of birth.
2. Rooms and invite codes
Share a room code with only one person you trust. A room admits at most two people, and the Host may remove the Guest or close the room.
3. Camera and capture consent
Do not capture, save, or share another person without their consent. Before enabling a camera or starting a capture, make sure both people understand what will be shown and recorded.
4. Photos and video
Live camera media and finished files are not retained on the service server. Finished files are created in each participant’s browser and downloaded by that participant. Room state and signaling or relay information may be processed temporarily to make the connection work.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, rights violations, non-consensual capture or distribution, harassment, room-code guessing, or service disruption. A session may be restricted or ended when operationally necessary.
6. Service analytics
We may use Google Analytics to measure visited routes and browser-related information so we can improve the service. Room Codes, photos, videos, and camera views are not included in analytics events.
7. Availability and changes
Some captures or downloads can fail because of browser, device, or network conditions. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
